Finally, snow has arrived. And for this week’s “Where am I” challenge, I’m actually going to give you some verbal hints.
Last Friday — that gloomy, snowy-rainy day — I decided to stick close to the Bangor area for my weekly hike. Visibility wasn’t superb, and I have a hard enough time getting around on a clear day.
While hiking up the wide trail, I followed tracks everywhere — mostly of snowshoe hares and squirrels — but didn’t get any of the little creatures on film, unfortunately.
At the top of the mountain, the wind and rain picked up and I was forced to descend rather quickly. The trail was steep and relatively smooth, so when I fell down in the snow and slid a distance on my bum, it was actually quite fun.
