No one won the “Where in the Woods Am I?” game for the Orono Bog Conservation Area in May 2014 given these verbal clues and the following gallery of photos:
This week has been crazy busy, but not so busy I couldn’t take a hike. In fact, I’d been planning on this particular hike for several weeks now. And check out all the hiking buddies I had! … OK, so maybe I tagged along for a particular event that had absolutely nothing to do with me. Nevertheless, they were OK with being a part of this week’s “1-minute hike” adventure. See if you recognize the trails we explored by viewing the photos below. The rain adventure was a lot of fun, and I plan on returning to the area soon to take more wildlife photos. What a dynamite place to watch birds!
Leave your best guesses of the hiking location in the comment section at the bottom of this page. Winner gets a high five and a mention in the updated post. And stay tuned for the “1-minute hike” video and hike summary, which I will post on Wednesday. (I usually post them on Tuesday, but I will be away on an exciting assignment!)
